All rates are for single/double occupancy and are subject to 8% consumption tax and service charge. These special discounted room rates are available from Saturday, Oct. 25 through Tuesday, Oct. 29. Additional nights at this special discounted rate are subject to hotel availability.

Any reservation canceled after September 10, 2019 or no shows will result in a cancellation charge equivalent to the full duration of the intended stay. Early departure will be charged for the duration as was originally reserved.

60 minutes by an airport limousine bus. Take No. 5 bus from Terminal 1 or the No.2 bus from Terminal 2 bound for Osaka Station and get off at the Herbis Osaka bus stop. At the stop, use the courtesy phone of The Ritz-Carlton, Osaka to contact the bell desk. A bellman will pick you up. The hotel is a few minutes away from the bus stop.

30 minutes by an airport limousine bus. Take No. 9 bus from limousine bus Terminal bound for “Osaka Sta. (Umeda) Area” and get off at the Herbis Osaka bus stop. 15 minutes by a taxi to the hotel. An alternate way is to take a JR train from the station bound for Sannomiya/Kobe and get off at JR Osaka Station. It is a 7-minute walk from JR Osaka Station’s Sakurabashi Exit. Walk past Herbis Ent building. The hotel is located at the west end of the Herbis Osaka Business & Shopping complex.

From Tokyo to Osaka
The promotion code is not applicable for domestic flights between NRT/HND and KIX/ITM. Please purchase domestic flights separately from international flights. Japan Airline and All Nippon Airways operate flights between Tokyo and Osaka. The shinkansen (bullet train) provides transport service between Tokyo (or Shinagawa) and Shin-Osaka which takes about 2.5 hours.
